Warranty Information

There is a One Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on all parts bought from Computer Specialist. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.


Any additional Warranty is provided through the manufacturer.


There is a one-year part and labor warranty on all new computers purchased from Computer Specialist. This warranty period begins from the date of purchase.


All on-site work is backed by our 30-day Guarantee. If the same problem reoccurs within 30 days of the original repair we will come back and fix it at no charge to you!


The Warranty on a System or parts purchased separately shall be VOID when:

The customer opens PC purchased from Computer Specialist without approval from a Customer Service representative employed by Computer Specialist.

Customer hires outside Company and that Company opens the PC purchased from Computer Specialist without approval from a Customer Service representative employed by Computer Specialist.

The customer installs any peripheral into PC purchased from Computer Specialist without approval from a Customer Service representative employed by Computer Specialist.

The customer does physical damage to the PC or peripheral purchased from Computer Specialist, i.e. customer throws PC onto the floor.

Customer does software damage to the PC or peripheral purchased from Computer Specialist (i.e. customer installs a program and/or peripheral drivers then the computer malfunctions [will not boot, no sound, programs crash, etc.] ).

The customer doesn’t have the necessary electrical protection, i.e. quality surge suppresser for both the PC and Internet Modem.
